Where to leave the car

The Parking Palais des Congrès is one of the town's paying car parks, with 376 spaces on the Chemin des Sables in the centre of Juan-les-Pins. From here the Pinède Gould, the jazz festival's pine wood, and the public sand beaches along the Boulevard Edouard Baudoin are a short walk away, as are the hotels and restaurants of the Avenue Georges Gallice.

The town lists several alternatives in and around Juan-les-Pins:

• Parking Port Gallice, 500 spaces, on the Boulevard Edouard Baudoin – useful for the port and the western shore of the Cap;
• Parking des Ambassadeurs, 101 spaces, on the Boulevard de la Pinède;
• Parking Courbet and the two Dulys car parks off the Avenue Courbet, which charge from 1 June to 30 September.

Street parking rules

Antibes Juan-les-Pins has around 1,800 free on-street spaces. On the paying streets, every meter takes bank cards and gives one free hour per vehicle per day once you enter your number plate. Street parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, and every day between 12:00 and 14:00 and from 18:00 to 09:00. Parking on the street is free for electric vehicles and for holders of a visible disabled badge.

A VERA tip

On festival nights and summer weekends, arrive early or come in by train: Juan-les-Pins station is in the centre of town, and walking is often quicker than circling for a space.
