Oetker buys €155m Latsis estate beside Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc
The Oetker family's hotel group has paid more than €155 million for a nine-hectare estate on Cap d'Antibes, right next to its legendary Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc. The property, with five houses and access to the sea on the Baie des Milliardaires, belonged to the heirs of the Greek shipowner John Latsis.
