The spirit of the place

La Villa Cap d'Antibes sets out to be discreet and serene: a four-star boutique hotel with just 26 rooms, each with its own balcony or terrace. Days here revolve around the pool and the garden, with the beaches of Juan-les-Pins and the paths of the Cap a short walk away.

The rooms

The choice ranges from a single Mini Pavillon of 14 square metres, with a terrace over the pool, to a 32-square-metre Junior Suite with a living area and a pool-view balcony. In between come Comfort and Prestige rooms, some with sea-view balconies, and Superior sea-view rooms for up to three. All have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safe and bath or shower, and breakfast is served as a buffet.

Services

Lunch and drinks are served on the terrace from noon until 3pm in low season and 4pm in high season, and room service runs in the evening. There is a heated pool in season, a laundry service, private parking with electric-vehicle charging, and – unusually – a massage caravan in the grounds.

The family behind it

The hotel belongs to La Villa Hotels, a family-run collection of seven Riviera boutique hotels. The group supports the coastal-protection association Mer Terre and runs everyday green measures, from refillable micro-filtered water to local produce at breakfast.
