A new chapter at Garoupe
Villa Miraé is the new name of the Impérial Garoupe, the five-star hotel above Garoupe bay. It belongs to the Inwood Hotels collection and is a member of Relais & Châteaux, and its food and drink – from the bar to the restaurants, the solarium and breakfast – is directed by chef Mauro Colagreco, whom the hotel presents as a pioneer of circular gastronomy.
The bar
Le Bar is outdoors, set on the terrace of Amarines, the hotel's gastronomic restaurant, and it overlooks the Mediterranean. The hotel describes a luminous atmosphere in shades of azure, where the sea itself becomes the décor.
In the glass
The signature cocktails draw on the Mediterranean rivieras: lavender, citrus and sunny flavours, alongside a carefully chosen selection of spirits. A menu of tapas keeps things convivial.
Make an evening of it
Le Bar opens every day from 6pm to 11pm. Amarines by Mauro Colagreco serves dinner Wednesday to Sunday from 7pm to 10pm, and the more relaxed Miraé by Mauro Colagreco offers Mediterranean cooking. An aperitif on the terrace before dinner is the natural order of things.
