The idea

Miraé is the easy-going table at Villa Miraé, the former Impérial Garoupe. It takes its cue from the culinary traditions of the coast that runs from Genoa to Saint-Tropez, re-read by Mauro Colagreco, the three-Michelin-starred chef behind the hotel's food. The house calls the result a dolce vita escape, and the menu reads that way.

On the plate

The signatures are coastal classics:

  • socca, the chickpea pancake of Nice
  • spaghetti alla genovese
  • tarte tropézienne

Colagreco is known for circular, plant-centred cooking, short supply chains and close ties to local producers, and that philosophy runs through the whole hotel.

Season

The restaurant follows the hotel's season. In 2026 dinners continue until 30 September and lunch until 17 October. For the more formal side of Colagreco's cooking, the hotel's gastronomic table, Amarines, serves dinner from Wednesday to Sunday.

When to goMiraé serves every day: lunch from 12:00 to 15:00, a lighter snacking menu from 15:00 to 18:00 and dinner from 19:00 to 22:00. Breakfast is also served here from 7:00 to 11:00 and is open to non-residents. The restaurant is set on the outdoor terrace; in poor weather guests may be moved inside, depending on space.
