Set on the Eden-Roc Pavilion of Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, the lounge opens as the sun goes down, with rare wines, champagne and cocktails built on the flavours of the Riviera.

The setting
Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc has stood at the tip of the peninsula since 1870, when the hotelier Antoine Sella founded the Grand Hotel du Cap as a retreat for artists and romantics. Down by the rocks, the Eden-Roc Pavilion looks out over the famous saltwater pool, carved into the cliff in 1914, and the open sea. The contemporary Eden-Roc Lounge sits here, welcoming guests from sunset to starlight.
In the glass
The list runs to rare wines and champagnes, but the signature cocktails are the draw. The hotel's mixologists build them around local flora – fresh seasonal fruit, floral botanicals and honey – some of it sourced from the hotel's own gardens. Within the lounge, the Tequilaria Bar offers a selection of tequilas chosen by the head bartender, Léo Ray.
Something to eat
This season the lounge also serves sushi from dusk into the night: nigiri, sashimi, maki and signature rolls, made to order.
Evenings with music
Through the summer the lounge has DJs midweek, DJ and live music on Friday and Saturday nights, and Thursday 'Sips & Sunset' evenings.
