Above the rocks
Where the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc meets the sea, the Eden-Roc Restaurant looks out over the Mediterranean and the Lérins Islands. The architect and designer Patricia Anastassiadis took her cue from the water breaking on the rocks below: ocean blues and coral tones, like a sunset over the bay.
Breakfast and lunch
The day begins with a generous breakfast buffet, with French pastries and breads baked on site every morning. At lunch the kitchen of executive chef Sébastien Broda serves a menu of house specialities, among them a lobster Caesar salad prepared at the table, beef tartare, the catch of the day and grilled lamb and veal chops. The chef speaks of long ties with producers and a light touch with whole, natural ingredients. In the evening the hotel's Michelin-starred Louroc restaurant takes over.

| Worth knowing | The restaurant is seasonal. In 2026 lunch ran from late April to mid-October, with the last service on 18 October; the new season's dates are published on the hotel's site. Non-residents can reserve for lunch only. The dress code is smart casual, photographs in the park and on the Grande Allée are not allowed, and only mobile phones may be used for pictures. Dogs are not permitted anywhere on the grounds. |
