A garden by the sea

The Cap d'Antibes Beach Hotel is a small five-star hotel on the water at Le Croûton, redesigned by the architect Bernard Dubois with a nod to the clean, geometric houses of Palm Springs. Its wellness space sits in the exotic garden, where the hotel has set a treatment room right among the plants.

The treatments

The face and body protocols are devised by EÏA, a specialist in holistic massage. They are designed to rebalance, repair and nourish the skin over time, and they use Monastery, a line of luxury botanical skincare founded by the aesthetician Athena Hewett. Treatments last one hour or an hour and a half, and the Monastery products are on sale in the wellness space.

Yoga and retreats

The garden also hosts yoga, in group or private classes, as the hotel puts it a chance to let go and reconnect. At the start and the end of the season the hotel runs wellness retreats with personalised programmes and dates.
