Between the pool, the tennis courts and the cabanas, the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc keeps a small bar dedicated to cooling down. The Juice & Ice Cream Bar serves what its name promises, made in the hotel, and it is as much a part of a family summer here as the famous saltwater pool.
Ice creams and sorbets
The ice creams and sorbets are made in-house and finished with caramelised dried fruits and the hotel's own signature chocolate. The hotel also presents them as part of its offer for children, turning the season's fruit into ice cream and fresh juice drinks.
Juices and smoothies
For something lighter, there are fresh juices and smoothies, blended from fruit and vegetables. It is the obvious stop after a morning's tennis or a swim in the sea.

| Worth knowing | The bar is for hotel guests only, and there are no reservations. It is open daily in high season; in 2026 that meant 10am to 6pm from 25 May to 27 September, so it is now closed until next summer. As everywhere in the hotel, photography is not allowed in the park or on the Grande Allée, and dogs are not permitted. |
